What inspires me

Cooking has always been at the heart of my life. As a child, I cherished Sundays spent with my extended family, gathered around the table to share joys, sorrows, and stories from the week. Those moments taught me how food connects us in profound ways.

When I became a father, I was inspired to continue this tradition, turning mealtime into a space for building deeper connections. Little did I know, the kitchen would become the true gathering place. Cooking side by side with my children not only brought us closer but also sparked my creativity and deepened my passion for food.

These experiences continue to inspire everything I create.

Favorite flavors

I’ve always had a deep love for Italian cuisine. The nostalgia of a home-cooked Italian meal makes it an enduring favorite for me—the experience is as rich as the food itself. Endless hours filled with comforting aromas, lively music, vibrant flavors, laughter, and cherished memories make the preparation just as meaningful as the meal.

At the same time, I appreciate the simplicity and heartiness of American staples like meat and potatoes. Whether I’m smoking, grilling, cooking in cast iron, or baking, I find joy in mastering the basics.
